I’ve lived the cycle of discipline, burnout, and starting over more times than I can count. As a veteran and community leader, I knew how to lead others — but I struggled to lead myself when it came to my health. After years of unhealthy habits, sleep apnea, and carrying extra weight, I reached a breaking point.

The Hard Reboot is the system I built to take my life back. It’s not theory — it’s the exact framework I followed to shed fat, rebuild strength, sharpen my mindset, and reclaim the energy I thought I’d lost for good.
